1. What's the EBB Program?
The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a government program facilitated through the FCC to help families and households struggling to afford phone and/or internet service due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Depending on the carrier or ISP, you may be entitled to free or discounted recurring charges. I know someone who has EBB mobile service for free with ATT prepaid. They told me in March it is going to change from $50 per month benefit to only 30 per month. So anyone using the EBB benefit should be either prepared to pay more out-of-pocket or lower your plan sometime in March.
I'm already enrolled in the ebbp program through xfinity saving $50 per month, can one enroll for this as well? Trying to read online but super confusing, anyone know??
No you can't. Only one service discount per household. The device discount is a one time $100 off for a cheap laptop/chromebook, but you can only get it through your EBB provider, i.e., they have to administer it.

That made my existing Sprint Sanyo flip phone incompatible. And no support for my Moto Z2 Force, either.
