Unfortunately, the explanation won't make that one any funnier. I've got no problem with offensive jokes and miss a lot of the old-school comedians who just offended everyone. But whoever made that one used 100 % of the effort in trying to make it offensive and 0% effort in making it funny. It's a play on Asian stereotypes, but no attempt at an actual punchline.

They are sand paper files. They are sold as nail filers, but I bought them to help clean up 3D prints. I'm sure there are many other uses.
