Walmart canceled mine the day it was supposed to be delivered, and then when I drove to the store that had one in stock, they wouldn't price match their own online price. They said it wasn't sold or shipped by them (even though the price said "rollback" next to it, and nevermind that they cancelled my order, they would not budge on the price match.) Ended up buying it from Amazon, with a sad kid that her gift to her brother wouldn't be on time for Christmas...there is my sad story of the Walmart grinch. The end. Good price, though.
yeah this season has been a long string of similar poor customer service experiences with walmart for me too....they really just don't seem like they want to win the war with amazon at all. which is unfortunate, because competition is desperately needed to keep amazon in check, and right now, wally is really all we got.

Agreed. I've been buying more on W+ since I accidentally forgot to cancel. Hopefully they'll see an increase in online sales and stay competitive.
I like this stuff in theory but it's just so messy. My kids can't play with it without it literally going everywhere. Whenever they get it as a gift we slowly throw it away.

Target is a more appropriate alternative to Amazon, not Wal-Mart
They still offer the free 90-day trial [walmart.com] if anyone wants to try it out.
