I bought the long down jacket for my wife last time it was this price. It's very nice, warm and waterproof. The only thing is they are quite long, and my wife is short so it goes past her knees.
Despite being a tad too long for her, she still wants to keep it because she loves it.

Probably my thick thumbs but chose the wrong color. Tried to cancel the order but no easy way to do it. Waiting to chat because currently there are more than 200 customers ahead of me in phone queue, lol

Edit. Waited 15 minutes to see how quickly the phone queue goes down but went down to 191 or about 10. Nope, not going to wait three to five hours.

On the chat, I started at 19 in queue... down to 5 now, sigh. Phone line kept repeating there's less than 6 minutes of wait time. It's been more than 15 minutes.

Edit 2. After waiting 35 minutes to chat, it took ANOTHER TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for this guy to provide me the following info. OMG

1. No, the order cannot be canceled or modified
2. A free return label will be emailed for you to print

This was aggravating. Despite all the criticism Amazon gets, companies like this make me appreciate Amazon so, so much more. And I have a bad feeling I'll never get that email and have to do this all over again. Urgh...

I am short..5'4" and have this ladies long down jacket. Yes, it's below my knees, but I love it! It's like being wrapped in a big blanket.
