How good is this deal? Microcenter's prices are confusing. It's only 11% off the $269.99 "normal" price. But their "normal" price isn't MSRP

I guess the retail on Viewsonic is $386.99. I'm trying to decide between multiple 27" monitors and one Samsung 49" Odyssey G9. (not for gaming)
