Little did we know the pandemic would cause the delivery system to virtually grind to a halt, even today it causes delivery times to be very variable. At the start of the pandemic, we were assured by our shipping agent delivery times would only increase by 10 days, they could not have been any more incorrect. Due to flights virtually stopping, lockdowns and Covid restrictions in work places the delivery times stretched out to 12 -16 weeks in some cases. Many people could not understand that we had no control over any of this. The abuse and the financial losses almost caused us to shut down. In the end we decided to keep offering your pet preventatives at great prices and look forward to the day when the world comes back to being normal.

TRACKING FOR EVERY ORDER

For many years there has not been an affordable service available for us to be able to track deliveries. This has been a major problem for us, in not being able to let you know where your delivery was on its journey to you. One positive from the pandemic is tracking has become affordable. Every order can now be tracked with delivery times generally occurring within 8 -14 business days. You will receive a shipped email on the day your order is sent out. Another email will be sent within 36 hours of the shipped email, letting you know the tracking number for your order. You can track the progress of your delivery online at USPS tracking. The details that can be seen online are not like outlandishly expensive courier tracking systems, where every step is shown, but shows enough steps to show the progress. No signature is required upon delivery, with the delivery date being shown digitally online.
