At first store, using card no ECB
cheapest Revlon tool I found was scissor-grip tweezers 5.99

had $5 Almay, $4 Revlon and $3 cosmetic CRTs
left of the cosmetic one b/c I thought the $3dQ for lip paired with $5 and $4CRTs would be optimum to use in SCO
Saw all come off, but my total was $5xx. Then I saw that the $1 eye tool DQ came off the tweezers
So I canceled & went to checkstand with a .90 filler
Same thing, so I voided filler and used $3 cosmetic CRT
paid $1.37 cash (including tx)
earned $5ecb
2nd store, I had 4 and 10ecb to spend

So I just voided it.

Years ago, when rules were tightened everywhere and they weren't taking anything expired anywhere, I held onto a $5 ecb almost a YEAR. One day I walked into a store way out of my normal range, told them I had this really expired ecb and she said they took them.

Used 5/1 almay crt (exp), 4/1 revlon crt (new), 1/1 revlon eye eq, 3/1 revlon lip eq
Paid .08 got 5 EB
Tried getting the cheaper 6.29 lip balm (actually prefer that one), hoping one of the crts would adjust down, but instead of adjusting down the 4 revlon crt just wouldn't apply. (I had sent it to card.)
Also had 4/12 maybelline crts:
2-pack pencils = 4.99
fit me blush = 6.79
Total = 11.78
Used 4/12 crt, 3/1 any cosmetic crt, 2/1 eq for blush, 2/1 ip for pencils (from website)
Paid .78 got 5 EB
For Boost I had 2 5/25 protein crts (one in grace) so I got:
4 boost high protein (prefer this kind) @ 9.99 = 39.96
1 ensure high protein 4-pack (prefer this kind) = 10.99
Used the 2 5/25 crts, 2 5/2 boost mq's, 2 5/2 boost eq's, and 4/1 ensure max mq
Paid ~ $17, got 10 from boost and 10.99 credit towards the spend 30 get 10

Balm is 6.29-3dq=3.29 or 6.99-3dq=3.99. I stc the $4 revlon. On 1st total, $5 almay is not applying so $4 revlon didn't need to reduce. On 2nd total, $5 almay reduced to 4.99 (after apply) and $4 revlon reduced to 3.29 or 3.99 respectively (automatically).
Filler doesn't help because no item is getting 2 crts for O to apply. It is so much easier where tweezers are 6.29.
Both cannot be used, right?
If not, is it the 2/$8 that prevents use or the trying to use too many coupons on 2 items?
There is also a printable 50c IP. If the MQ is not usable, would 1 or 2 of the IPs be usable?
Dies the 98% rule any here, or the total has to be $20 or more?

How do bogo items count? Like, how would the bogo cereal count towards the spend $30, get $10 extra bucks? And how would the bogo cereal or the bogo Lysol wipes count towards a threshold coupon?
Yes, I bought clearance Crème Shop skincare last night and the $3 off any beauty/cosmetics applied.
