Technically it's the plastic container warranty that expires. Move product to a glass bottle and store in a cool/dark place and it should be fine.

Does vinegar expire? What about soy sauce? Honey? Add this to that list.

Bought 4 gallons of this during the last sale, good stuff. Goes great in hamburgers, meatloaf, stir fry and all sorts of Asian style sauces. I used the remaining three gallons to make about 45lb of jerky, also for flavoring and preservative for canning/pickling. Would recommend.
I also use this for beef jerky, I'm trying to find the cheapest cut of beef to use, any suggestions?

It's good for 3 years in the fridge. I haven't had one last more than a year, but I feel better keeping it in the fridge anyway.

I still have about a 1/3 of a gallon left, but ordered this anyway since I can keep moving the delivery date back until I need it.

I personally prefer the 2-bottle pack from Costco. It takes me a little over a year to finish them. At the end of the day, it really depends on how much you cook, how much you use it.

I've learned the hard way when it comes to bulk purchase on food items, especially these nasty plastic container. I bought a Kikkoman soy sauce in a plastic container similar to this a few years ago. That thing turned bad in less than 6 months. Never again.

Just my $0.02.
