I want a case that has a stiff hinge for viewing angle fine tunings and a cover over the screen and this is the closest one I've found.

It was $89, but the same wrong keyboard case. Not for regular S7. It is not the best deal historically either even if it is for S7.

I asked in best buy chat because I did see the other thread. They assured me this fits the OG S7. But they're a minimum wage front line position, so it's possible they are mistaken

It seems to be a new but lower level keyboard case for 12.4" models of S7 and S8 series. The only description I found was on BH photo website.
Just found more info of this new case from Eastern European countries' Samsung website. It is for 11" S7 in a slim case with nondetachable keyboard and has no touchpad. It has one fixed 60 degree slanted position and no s pen pocket in the back. I think the original design is much better.

This is a new Redesigned keyboard without touchpad for the S7 11" model. Its just like the 'S7 FE 12.4" keyboard without touchpad' , but for the S7 11" model. The first 2 main photos seem to be wrong. The original one is $108 rn at amazon and walmart
