Great price if you like these - normally same $5 price for only 2 and you are getting 4 here.

As for the product, many people (including myself) complain about the blue stuff building up in the tank as a big gel blob and the cleaning power not being up to par with the normal "plain" clorox bleach tabs. I did a compare before on 2 toilets and the blue one started growing some stuff on the water edge in the bowl several weeks ahead of the normal bleach tablet one. YMMV - it's a nice convenience to see when the blue color fades you know it's time to replace though. Half the time I forget with the normal bleach ones!

In general, the constant exposure to bleach of flush tank part will reduce the lifespan and lead to failures. I have see significant difference on the toilets I used these vs. not. All my toilets are identical.

these things will eat up your toilet bowl insides. flapper, etc. the ones that mount inside under the rim are more intrusive, but will avoid a lot of repairs/replacements. the other option are the fluidmaster ones, but they are a bit more $.
