4x8GB gives you dual channel AND dual rank for around a 5-10% performance gain in Ryzen systems. Crucial's 2x16GB kit is not dual rank and is 5-10% slower.

So 4x8 is faster for this particular kit of RAM.

Anybody actually receiving their shipment? Seems like they are sent via ultra-cheap mail and tracking doesn't update often.

This is incorrect. I have a 2x16GB Crucial Ballistix kit ($90) that is dual rank running at 3600MT/s by loosening timings to 16-19-19-38 1T.

Yes, just hang tight it's economy shipping. My orders tracking was at a stand still for 5 days straight then 2 days after my kit finally showed up. 8-9 days in total I think it was from the time my order was placed.

I just have to double-check me motherboard specs. Then I will be ordering from Crucial direct for $51. Shipping in 2-3 weeks._______________ Amazonk has it today for $65. NVMe prices are up so I held off on that. But Crucial mem prices are still good. Though w delayed shipping

I ordered knowing it was on backorder, but changed my mind and ordered something else and contacted their chat to cancel. I told them I was cancelling due to the backorder and they offered me another 15% off to keep the order, just an FYI.

I didn't. It wasnt on backorder when I bought mine either. I got a cancellation notice from them just now on 2/2/22! What a scam!

Same Here, after their site indicated that there were 97 in stock I ordered a pair. Four days later I get an email saying that it will be a 7 to 15 day wait. Really, a computer memory company who has their live stock availability wrong. And yes, there were 76 left about 10 minutes after I ordered.

What a sham, held on to my money for almost a month, and I had already paid for that (Paypal) and now I have to deal with a refund back to me, which means a check in the mail since I have no linked bank account with PayPal. Done with them.
