The sale valued Jimmy John's at $3 billion, according to Forbes. Liautaud initially held on to 35% of the company, but he sold his remaining stake to Roark in October 2019, Forbes reported. My only gripe about JJ's is they do not have a hot sub option. They have fresh cut meats and bread, yet it is not as satisfying as a Philly from Jersey Mike's
