Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

If you check the rewards history [coca-cola.com], entries are indeed being redeemed, so I guess you should get an email if you're a winner. Today has only four prizes though.

I don't think that message is important. You can also check on the Coke Studio [coca-cola.com] page if the entries are being redeemed.

If you're playing the game and the entries aren't going through, that's a different issue.

I wonder if the glitches are caused by issues with reward distribution. I won a Spotify card today, but I didn't receive a gift card link. The email now states a digital card will be sent in 8 to 10 weeks.

I've actually won three cards in the last week. These are the results:
  • July 27 - no errors, gift card link
  • July 1 - errors, no gift card link
  • July 3 - errors, gift card in 8-10 weeks
I hope they figure this out soon.

Promos where immediate gift cards or vouchers are issued are the ones ripe for abuse. Maybe they're trying to weed out the bots and/or unscrupulous wins with a secondary verification before prizes are issued. Maybe fake address profiles or zip codes with hundreds of winners are going to get denied "instant" wins. I think the recent AMC promo where it was near impossible for humans to win was the tipping point to institute some drastic change. Personally, I'd prefer they go back to code entry from Coke products rather than resort to this, but I for one won't mind all this if it lets me in on some future AMC tickets, sodas, and popcorns. The last AMC promo was a brutal grind to win nothing.

I think their phone system thing is not working, just tried logging in and entered my number but nothing ever arrives. Have no idea why they simply cannot make an email option as an alternative to the text, I'm trying to figure out how this system will work for people without cell phones going forward as there is no single alternative.

Also won a Spotify card earlier. Since I kept getting the error message, didnt know I had won, til I checked my email.

They should just go back to this instead of doing these crazy security measures of filters, phones and what else crap they will think of. Enter cap codes, build up points and redeem a prize. Easy as getting rid of these IW games and replacing with something else that bots cannot touch like entering cap codes etc... I mean KFR for example got rid of codes and now have receipt validation to earn tokens on purchases which is something coke can also do and get rid of the abuse with these IW games, they can do something like buy any coke product and get a free ticket to AMC or something like that for some odd reason they keep seeing that these IW games keep getting abused but still release new promos in that format instead of switching to a new format to reward users.

They thought it's just their system errors and gave me all items after all.
Good thing those young kids working in there never read the prints

My daughter tried the coke coupon and drink coupon exp 6-30-22. They came up as expired. She said they punched the number in but still expired. It was a no-go

Looks like from these 3 reports, the June 2022 vouchers are completely dead. I'll try to give the December 2020 and June 2021 expiration vouchers a try this week and report back if I still have any lying around.

Update: alas, not quite that easy: looks like even if you've sms-verified and logged in before, _and_ kept cookies, you could still be asked again in the future to sms-verify, possibly a little less frequently. Some people say they've never been asked to despite logging in the past several days; I suppose it's only a matter of time with them. Also, just as mcr did a round of account closures a year-some ago now then backed off, maybe this sms business will go the same way. I can hope !
