Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Re recent discussion around whether using virtual phone numbers, or using the same IP across family accounts affects wins, a few years ago one person on here suggested mcr may be allowing entries from suspect accounts, and quietly discarding them. All of which is possible, though my own guess is that we're, understandably, regressing to superstition in face of a prolonged dry season w/ no rain in sight Smilie

My best take is that mcr's tests for account-fitness are up front: from time to time they purge accounts; they farm out (to external services) bot-guesstimation around sign-in; they disallow some ranges of phone numbers (though not as simply as sim vs virtual). If you've signed in, you're good to go. They may well have other filters downstream, but absent credible insight my own thought is to interpret general promo verbiage saying "chances of winning dependent on number of entries" to mean if entered it's counted.

We could of course build up other elaborate theories ... but that just means mcr needs to make it rain, to take time off idle hands Smilie

Just wanted to update on the AMC Black ticket issue from the tickets issued in 5/19 that aren't working. I had to email them again today since I hadn't heard anything in a while. They said:

Thank you for your email. We have confirmed that we are currently working with Coke on
restoring functionality to these URLs. Please try accessing these links in 2-3 weeks. If
you still have an issue with your link, please reach out to Coca-Cola Consumer Care at
"https://us.coca-cola.com/support/contact-us".

I'm assuming this will apply to all the links around that time that aren't working, so if you're having issues, check the link in two or three week. Hopefully they actually fix it.

I checked my https://icoke.eprize.net/kousa/mcr20 links that were previously coming up "No access" are now working again if they have black tickets. The ones that have only expired concessions w/o tickets have not been restored.

About what date was yours that wasn't working, but now is? Mine is 5/7/2019 and it's still not working. The error message I get is: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

Mine are from the 2018 Holiday IWG (various dates in Nov & Dec). They are the only ones I had with bundled ticket & concession, and also the oldest ones that were returning "Access Denied". Maybe they are working on restoring links from oldest to newest?

I think MCR shows AMC tickets as "images". It's possible a link to that ticket image is in the "XML" shown on-screen, and you may (may) be able to get to that image by copy-pasting its link into a browser.

Yeah, that's what I'm doing. It's a non-clickable link, so I copy and paste and get that error message. So I have maybe four non-working links all around that same time period, all the same error message, but various family emails, like Yahoo, Gmail, Juno.

Hmm, if I understood that right, you mean the link in the email is non-ckickable, so you copy paste it into a browser? If so, what I was suggestion above takes up where that leaves off: I assume the browser shows that message about XML, then a soup of text or something that when expanded does so. If so, i was suggesting looking in that text for an image link, and browsing to _that_.

Thanks to everyone who emailed about the AMC ticket links not working. Some of mine are working now. I printed one, then decided to save the PDFs, as I give some to a friend via email.
Last week we saw the Indiana Jones movie (we liked it) and tried to use popcorn/2 drinks expiring 9/30/23. Cashier couldn't get the bar codes to scan, but ended up giving us the stuff anyway. That's the good news. The bad news is when we got to the car, I unfortunately put the popcorn bucket on the roof while we were starting to put the drinks into a cold box in the back seat. A sudden gust of wind blew the popcorn bucket off the roof. I'm still finding bits of popcorn in the car...LOL
I'm still waiting on the bluetooth speaker from the Coke Studio game. Anyone else?
