Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

I feel coke really needs to step up their game in their programming team as it's big mess. First they should get the dashboard menu back like it was before where you can see what you won in the past and see all your entries that you entered and everything. Don't know why some dumb person at that company removed that. Also once you see a win recorded on your account there should be a button that says "Resend Award" for all digital prizes to the email registered which would significantly cut down all these CS support tickets.

Also yeah I feel it for the person working at Catalyst having to manually copy and paste redemption links all week long. They really should be finding out in the first place why their system is not sending emails in the first place for weeks now, they are just working harder not smarter at this point finding the actual problem. They had all these weeks and still cannot fix it which I cannot understand.

You will probably have to email "if" you want "if" you have a Venmo and "if" you want to go through all that to add it to a Venmo to add it to Amazon to reload your balance.

Yeah no joke. I had to beat them with an email stick like a piñata to finally get the new admin to reply, "happen" to figure out the correct way to to get their attention after previously acting like IDK to check spam, and then that it was not arriving even after they said they re-sent again via the coke non-reply email system on something that should have worked instantly which did day one.

I'm not trying to be negative, I do want to be but I will tell it how I see:

The Studio, if you could win was real prizes. The football game assignment of zip code sweeps prizes for my family is off, I emailed, no response.

What Coke has dived into now is nonsense, an attempt to try to make money off Venmo, Venmo trying to get new users, trying to get people to sign up using Coke and their dedicated members as a diving board to try to grab new sign ups to their site, a site that requires at least a phone number(maybe an address, I forget, been a couple years) to make an account to transfer funds too Amazon instead of just giving us real prizes like a $3 Amazon like years past, in hopes you'll decide to use Venmo and maybe link your bank account/card and use it.

I want to see real prizes from AMC and etc. If this is how it stays from here on out, I think it is going to take a dumpster dive with caps or flaps without a code on them! LOL

I do not mind trying but after this, I'm spent.

Saw this game earlier today after having already played the Football IWG and tried to play the Hockey one it had said I had already played and can't play again until after Midnight(when it resets). So at the moment at least looks like you can only play one or the other (either Football or Hockey), but not both. Confused

I just entered both and a family member that played the Fanta, the limited state football, regular football entered the hockey after seeing it posted 20 minutes ago.

I think they are having server issues. Desktop was acting up Thursday until around 2pm et for us, magnest posted the fanta direct entry link having desktop trouble August 30, and I had issues signing in on desktop this evening via edge and chrome. Had to delete history over and over. I emailed Thursday about it and got the hint they were working on things plus the basic troubleshoot stuff most internet users already know.


Update

Family member 3 of household had not played at all, did the entry Fanta, then hockey won Venmo, then limited states football said already played but still could click the instant win portion. Went to the regular football and the free coke instant win banner was already showing! lol


Email for the hockey venmo came in, titlle of the email is

Congratulations! You won a Free Coke by entering the Fall Sports Instant Win.

I think were they have this all bannered as Fall Sports with maybe very similar sites same server it is a big program problem. Suggestion if you have won the football just play the hockey that is my 1 cent, lol.

When I saw Venmo again I thought oh no here it goes! If anyone does not get the Venmo win email for this just search back a page or so and look for my name the info to contact is surely in one of my replies.

Coke sold out to Venmo, hoping 64,500 members do the same. The should come out with a new promo drink call "Synergy". Maybe that is the name of the new Fanta flavor! Wink

Anyone else have trouble logging into the Coke games? It says not logged in and then I click on Login and it does not let me login? I only have 1 account. I cleared the cookies on that site and still no good. I tried Sprite and Fanta and not of them let me log in.

No, no issues logging in.

What I do is: go to us.coca-cola.com, log in there, then go to the football and hockey games (saved as bookmarks; neither should require additional login), then the fanta halloween game (which for me initially comes up not-logged-in, but clicking sign-in then finds the signin credentials from the coke site and logs in automatically without having to re-enter email, etc)

Also, my 2c, pls consider keeping cookies -- my feeling is that among other things coke uses them to make successive signin easier.

Lastly, since you tried signing in at multiple sites, maybe you ran into a glitch; with any luck it'll clear up.
