Nice thought but overkill. Get a pet heating pad and an enclosure. Check YouTube for feral cat shelter.

We have a stray cat that we feed at our back door daily. I think I will buy this and keep her warm during the cold days. Cant keep her inside since we're all allregic to cats.

We got a large see-through plastic tote, cat bet, and food inside but she doesnt stay around after eating. My guess is she goes off somewhere else for shelter. But if I have the heater running she will notice the heat next to the bed and decide to stay there for shelter.

And if that doesn't work, try getting her a condo with butlers and maids. Big Grin

You made me miss my stray cat. Didn't want to love her but she sneak into my heart anyway. I still hate the dog that killed her. If I had the chance I would kill that dog before it could kill a child. My stray cat was so sweet, a neighbor kid kidnap her once.

There's a screen behind the "log" that has simulated flames rising up. FYI: the light and flame simulation is always on when the heater is in use.

I purchased this for ten bucks more and I'm satisfied with the purchase. The heater is a bit smaller than I expected, but it's very light (it's plastic) and portable. It's not powerful enough to heat a living room, but it's good for a small space (i.e. bathroom, near desk, in front of the sofa). I think it's the most aesthetically attractive small heater I've come across and it's a good deal at this price.

I have a old Styrofoam cooler I cut vent and door holes in it. Toss a old blanket in it and they strays love it. Also cats don't like to sleep near food something about other predators being attracted to the same food
