T-Mobile will offer their famous insider hookup 20% off for life promo to existing customers starting January 6th.

Existing customers who are not on Magenta MAX will need to switch to the MAX plan and can then redeem a code for 20% off all voice lines on the account.

Existing Magenta MAX customers can simply redeem a code once available.

Employees will receive 1 code for new customers (port-in from competitor to new account) and 1 code for existing customers. If you know someone that works for T-Mobile, be sure to ask them for one!

I dialed 611 and the agent had no issue giving me a code. She even went ahead and migrated my plan over to Magenta Max. I told her I wanted to do it online, so hopefully she did it right. The tracker is showing this P1 promo is good until 4/6/22. I only save about $8 from what I was paying on the One, but the hot spot data is worth it for me.

I have the Simple Choice 4 lines for $120 with unlimited everything (including hot spot). Anyone know if the current promotion would save me any money or no because I already have such a good deal.

Over the past 2-3 years, T-Mobile has given away periodically "Free Line On Us." However, that has not been offered in a while.

Takes up to 24 hours to be approved. Language states 1 to 2 billing cycles to apply, but I've been told it usually applies once approved.

Really want to move on from my existing Simple Choice account, but still more expensive.

I have 10 lines, half of them free from promos, 1 free tablet plan, stateside long distance for whole account, and grandfathered employer discount of 18%. I pay over $50 in taxes and fees alone.

Magenta Max, with most free line promos and free tablet line carrying, rep is saying I would still pay $50 more per month with the 20% off and lose my stateside international calling.

Is there anyway for me to check the math?

Main reason for me to move is I am maxed out and lines and can no longer add free lines if/when they offer, and to stop paying taxes/fees on those lines . I have a hard time believing I would still pay more, even if I remove some features.

I'm not sure that the reps know what they are talking about. Based on some of the numbers I'm seeing in here, it sure seems like the 20% is coming off before all other discounts, but the rep assures me that the 20% comes off last. If that is the case, the numbers don't make sense to me.
