T-Mobile will offer their famous insider hookup 20% off for life promo to existing customers starting January 6th.

Existing customers who are not on Magenta MAX will need to switch to the MAX plan and can then redeem a code for 20% off all voice lines on the account.

Existing Magenta MAX customers can simply redeem a code once available.

Employees will receive 1 code for new customers (port-in from competitor to new account) and 1 code for existing customers. If you know someone that works for T-Mobile, be sure to ask them for one!

Submitted the code few days ago, and got denied today.
Contacted online TMO support, and CSR applied the 20% insider discount to my account manually without any new code, and it showed up in my account almost immediately.

That's great. This whole thing is so frustrating though. You either have to luck out with someone in store or get a friendly chat rep. I have gone ahead and changed my plan to Magenta Max because after the taxes and fees on the lines I have, I break even by getting Netflix, but getting a 20% discount would be great. The only thing is neither of the chat reps I worked with offered anything when I asked about them. I guess I could just keep trying. I am using the iMessages chat, what online communication method did you use?

Yes T force in facebook chat. The T-force person reviewed my account, and confirmed my account should be qualify for the promo. So, she fixed it. I don't know if she just approved the code I submitted, or override it manually.

I follow thread for last several days and unable to determine what is total monthly cost with 20% off for every one.
I looked on mobile website it say $43.00 per line for 3 line and $37.00 per line for 4 lines for new customer. I'm not sure what will be discount for existing customer?

You need to actually chat to see if terms allow to keep you existing lines promo or any discounts. For me website/app is quoting more than what chat rep verified. GL.
