I am also getting that message. I have UNC Select Plus-HSA.

Edit: I just noticed that the UNC page says "UHC Medicare Advantage" which is not my plan.

I got my Inspire 2 last Saturday morning and it was partially charged. I fully charged it, set it up, and put it on. It's only come off when I shower (I have been wearing it when I sleep, for testing). I'm a particularly active person, but after eleven straight days the battery on it is down to forty two percent.
