It comes with a 5.0 battery instead of the tiny 2.5ah. good deal for the installation driver if you need one

I don't post much but this kit and battery combo is a fantastic deal. I reach for this more than any other tool all the way to light automotive use.

Every time I see this drill advertised I always comment. It's the best drill I've ever purchased for anything around the house on the job site. Don't think just buy it. You can always return it if you don't care for it. Enjoy. Cheers!

This is the first time the deal included a battery I actually wanted. Thanks.

One of the best Milwaukee tools ever made. Got me into their M12 line after I was already using M18 tools.

Nice, but I would rather get the tool for under $115. This tool doesn't require an HO battery anyway.

Echoing others that this is a very useful driver. It is my go to driver these days, and the different attachments come in handy regularly.

This is actually a good tool to use with the smaller CP batteries, but regardless, this set with a 5.0 HO @ $160 is a solid deal if you don't already have one.

Protip: Choke up on the grip, using your middle finger for the trigger, with thumb & forefinger 'pinching' along the drill axis. This makes it easier to access the direction button on top.
Also, the front 'handguard' is nice for holding a couple double-ended bits and makes this thing super handy. I keep a slotted+phillips & torx 20+25 onboard at all times.

Agreed. I saw a lot of comments like this one so I decided to ask for it for Christmas. Santa gifted it to me, and ever since, this has replaced all of my other drills that I used around the house for every day stuff. It's very versatile and easy to operate. So far I have installed curtain holders, put a bed frame together, and the piece de resistance: I fixed our tilting trash can door on our coffee cabinet that broke when I was pushing the trash down to try and make space so I could tie the bag...basically I pushed the door off of the hinges, lol.

The hinges were on the inside of the door and were really hard to get to with a regular drill. I used the right angle and the offset attachment to easily get to it.

My next to-do is to install a paper towel holder that goes under the cabinets - should be fairly easy to do with the right angle attachment.

For active military or veterans, it's $143 plus tax.

If you use the Home Depot link at AAFES... $143 shipped.

One of my most favorite collaborations out there. Saved so much money recently on HD stuff because of this.
