I dont deep fry at home mainly because of the danger involved, air frying happens to be healthier but you could easily go overboard with the quantity of oil while air frying. I kind of expect a company selling an air fried potato chip to have as much residual oil on the chip as with normal deep frying, otherwise it likely wouldnt taste as good or cook as well as a regular deep fried equivalent.
Im still salty got rid of new york cheddar!

I agree, but now that boulder company makes chips the right way and with avocado oil along with I forget the Mexican brand company, its very convenient to just buy them for the occasional urge. I very rarely eat potato chips anymore but sometimes get that crave.
Marketing gimmick to make you think they dont use seed oils in their product, but still one of the top ingredients. These are a hard pass, sticking to avocado only made potato chips.
