Many praise the Aiyima A07, A08, D03 and Fosi BT20A, BT20A-S and BT10A.
The cheapaudioman says the Aiyima A07 has AptX but I can't find confirmation of that. I trust him.
He rates the Aiyima A07 as his favorite/best sounding mini-amp.
The Aiyima A07 lacks BT but you could add the Aiymia T8 BT pre-amp or a dongle.
The Aiyima T8 has AptX and a remote control and a DAC.
The Aiymia A08 has BT and AptX-HD.
The Aiymia D03 has BT and AptX and a remote control.
The links below cover speakers too but they go over the amps I've mentioned.

It hangs on the wall next to a wall-mounted power strip so it's handy just to go out in the garage, flip on the power strip switch and turn on BT on my phone, and do whatever I'm out there to do - car repair, waxing, just tinkering - I dont need any 'app' to drive it - I just stream music through it and it's pretty idiot-proof.
In your situation, it would rewiring your garage speakers and letting them (just?) connect to this device and not your receiver - not sure if you're up for that.
I think they are a great way to set up desktop speakers or a smaller entertainment center without having to resort to a soundbar or live with TV sound. The sub out works great and is one big feature that many of the alternatives in this price range just don't have.
Probably not the best processing for a real hardcore audiophile, but I have even run some KEF Q150's on this thing and they sounded pretty great and had no hardware failures a couple of years in.
However if you need a cheap portable amp solution with inputs and outputs, it works great.
I have had one running my desktop setup for a couple years now and it was one of the few devices that had a subwoofer output, so I run a little 2.1 setup in my office that is 10x better than any purpose built "computer speakers" and downsized from a full sized AVR that was taking up half my desk.
I enjoy having an analog knob to change volume rather than rely on any computer settings, so if somebody is quiet on a call or something I just turn the volume up.
I already have a spare one in the closet from last time they went on sale, else I would pick up one on this deal. And I think mine was only a 50w version not 100w.

If I didn't have so much cool unbroken stuff this might be fun. My wired Lepai can pump it out though too old for WiFi.
Maybe like me.
Bet this works well in diy rv build.
