Must be between 21-86 and live in the US. Must have an iPhone 8 or newer. Must wear daily for data collection, perform a series of cognitive surveys. Download the app and perform the questionnaire along with a cognitive test to qualify. After the test, you confirm your address and they send you the Apple Watch SE. It took about a week after finishing the main survey. And I just received it by FEDEX. Apple Watch SE 44mm Space Gray. I was not given a choice of which watch I wanted.

Measuring changes in thinking and memory in adults
Studying longer-term changes in brain health – some of which may occur normally as we age, while others could be an early indicator of certain forms of dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease
This study, therefore, may be an important step toward better understanding overall brain health.
