Honestly. This seed is amazing. I accidentally thinned lawn down using too much fertilizer, this bbounced back the yard and everything better than before

Decent. But these are older cultivars. Fine for average homeowners.

I have a large yard and I pulled a lot of trees and shrubs, compared to local nursery grass seed this is a steal. Uncoated regular seed they want like 6 a pound. And honestly, the results was iffy at best.
I kind of neglected watering these seeds sometimes and months later, thick plush grass.
Prob more now due to inflation tbh
