GeForce Now is a streaming service that allows you to play the games you ALREADY OWN ON PC that are available on GeForce Now through the same DRM you use for those games. These games will be played on Nvidia's servers and streamed to your device. There are free-to-play games on GeForce Now that are free to play on pc.
Stadia in the other deal is a streaming service where you BUY GAMES ON STADIA and stream play them on your devices. STADIA PRO has a collection of included games you could play without buying similar to PlayStation collection but smaller.

You work for company X.
A manager 3 levels above you gets alerted that the corporate account belonging to EMPLOYEE_YOU has just been enrolled in a gaming service.
Imagine you are that manager. You have no idea who EMPLOYEE_YOU is, but you know they did something colossally unrelated to work with a corporate asset that you are responsible for. What happens next?

Do you really think ATT is going to take the time to notify someone's employer that they redeemed a free offer using their work phone number?
ATT already knows who qualifies for these and who doesn't based on the phone number, and corporate accounts are excluded from most, if not all, promotions.
I couldn't sign up for Verizon rewards using my work number, but I can assure you, no one from the Verizon Secret Police contacted my employer to tell them that I tried to get a free $5 Amazon gift card by signing up for their rewards program.
