Good tip, in general, about in-store clearance deals at Tractor Supply stores in the month of January.

The past couple of years I've found many tool clearance deals and other "gift set" deals by visiting the local Tractor Supply store and just walking around.

Nice deal on the tape measures. The only store that seems to warrant tape measures is Lowe's and their Kobalt line. Everywhere else seems like you're SOL. At $2.50 a pop, you can load up on these.

I didn't buy them. Have a bunch of Fat Max tapes for work. As long as you don't overextend them, or don't dry off if using in wet conditions.
