The in-store price was $30, so I ordered 2 for in-store pickup and got the notification to get them about 2 hours after placing the order.

I've been taking my nvidia Shield with me to hotels when I travel for years, which has always been a bit of a hassle. This device is so much smaller and is powered by micro USB. So far, I'm incredibly impressed with the product. I wasn't expecting much for $20, but it's worth every penny... even at the $30 price point.

I keep one in my luggage, and the other in my spare bedroom. Highly recommend! 👌

Looks cool but with All the Apple TVs and fire sticks I have..... Is this really much better? How does it work to get all that content? Is it free? Can I add in my subscriptions for premium apps? Etc.

I was in the store a few days after x-mass. I noticed that the $25 1tb Toshiba Canvio was back to $39 and the ONN box was back to Full price again. If they lowered the price again it is a decent deal, but I actually prefer the Amazon devices.. I bought one of these and the Tivo 4k because there seemed to be a lot of excitement here about them, but they both are in their boxes after a few weeks of thesting.. Often folks complaign about the locked amazon ecosystem, but I find it easy enough to side load the apps and the Amazon remotes feel better..

It used to be all Rokus in my household and I got this a couple months ago for $20 and I dont understand why people buy Roku's anymore. Don't get me wrong I like Rokus but they charge you more for a remote with voice search, charge you more for a remote you can plug your headphone in etc etc. This at half the price has all that - I can pair a blue tooth headphone (wireless, much easier) and who knows what other BT devices (keyboard??), it has voice search, its remote is _both_ infrared and wireless (not sure what, maybe BT) so you can use it to control your old TV as well. Much more memory than a Roku (though still don't expect more than 2 to 3 channels active at the same time I'd say). Reasonably responsive. I am not sure how power efficient it is but it does have a sleep mode. Overall I'd say you can't go wrong at $20 or even $30.

The only flaw, and it can be an issue for some people, is, the two cables go in opposite ends of the devices (go google an image of it and see for yourself) and it may not look so good on your setup.

The website mentions it supports UHD resolutions. Does anybody know if this supports HDR? And if it does, which formats?

It works great with stbemu app from google but remote is very basic and you will have to manually program it for some iptv features
