Wtf did they really raise the price $6 aka 42% in the last few days? If that's not illegal price gouging I don't know what is. On Dec 14th I bought for $14 now I can buy it for $20. It's really a dismal state of affairs when governmental officials track down and prosecute mom and pop sellers for raising prices when one of the biggest retailers in the world can jack up prices by 42% overnight just because they feel like it aka line their executives' pockets. Disgusting. Thumbs down, terrible deal.

Wow you really have no idea what you're talking about. And you're right, you don't know what illegal price gouging is.

It was sold at cost basis for $14 for first 100 days of release of at home testing kit. And the deadline is y'day. It would be back 19-24 unless Walmart decides otherwise.
Walmart, Kroger raise at-home Covid test prices after White House agreement expires The companies agreed in September to sell the test kits "at cost" for three months.
Interesting, desktop browser shows out of stock, but app shows add to basket. Ordering 1 single binax let me checkout and charge CC. Btw CVS and Walgreens charge $23.99 for these.

Not the same. They charge that much for the ones with access to medical proctors that verify your results. I picked up kits from cvs yesterday for $10

Nope. Wrong.
The $24 test at Walgreens (and CVS) does NOT include the medical proctor aspect that is REQUIRED if you want the test to be useful for international travel.
eMed sells those tests, and they are $30-35 EACH (not per 2).
The Walgreens $24 box is the same as this $20 box:
