Must be going in and out of stock. I added three to my cart even though it said out of stock and my order went through. I tried to order three more to reach the max 6 limit and that order went through but was cancelled due to it being out of stock

FWIW I changed my selected store to an area where they are $14 instead of $20, and was able to add them to my cart at that price. When I selected my shipping address at checkout, they went back up to $20 though. Haven't found a way around it yet

Keep trying. Went through add to chart, checkout, OOS, checkout again, eventually removed from cart. . .several times. 10 minutes later they showed back available and did buy now and went through this last time
