You might get a better deal with activeandfit as they might have a discount with your health insurance. I pay 25 for the same access.
Activeandfit is $25/mo and recently got 24 Hr Fitness included again (went away 1/1/19 I believe it was). I've been a member for about 10 years, way better than any other option unless you have a cheaper local gym near you and happy with their hours, location, and equipment. Really can't beat the convenience of going to basically any gym anywhere in the US.
The link provided excludes LA Fitness and 24 Hours. While my link from my health provider version includes LA Fitness. Seems weird to hide it when all they list is Planet Fitness which you can get for $10/month.

Is 24 hour fitness still active with this program? Mines was recently cancelled

I've used active fit direct through my company's deal portal and it's been great. For $25 a month (which I get up to $35 a month in gym reimbursements so effectively free) i've been able to use the local smaller gyms in my area that's 5 minutes from my house, another one that's 25 minutes away that has classes I take, and when I went on vacation for two weeks I was able to join an LA fitness for that time period no problem.
This offer is through American Specialty Health which runs activefitdirect, I'd assume it's the same network of gyms which is super extensive..... They do have "premium gyms" which cost more, i've avoided those, but think the orange theories, cycle bar etc...

Where do you get the insurances rate or sign up that way?
There are many different health plans that offer it, but it definitely depends on your employer.
Alternatively, you can get it through USAA Insurance or AAA (may vary by state).
Don't have the links handy, but there's a large thread on Reddit about USAA and Activeandfitdirect
Note that Active&Fit Direct and Active&Fit Now are two distinct offerings from the same company.
Thank you all for the tips on this. I was about to sign up for LA Fitness at $35/mo with a $99 activation that they were not budging on. I was able to use this through my Aetna health insurance and I got $25/mo with no activation.

It's a little late for you, but you may also be able to sign up through AAA. I just received my check for my 10% rebate.
There's no way to convert your Aetna signup into the AAA. You would have to cancel the first account and sign up with a new account through AAA. This also means you'd have to pay the signup fee again.
I did this last year, but it made sense because I had cancelled my membership while all the gyms were closed. Rather than re-upping, I created a whole new account. It took a few days to get it all sorted out because of email addresses and stuff, but I now will receive a $30 rebate every 12 months.
