The driver and drill aren't top of the line, but still good for everyday use. That multitool though... If you don't have one, it's a game changer! I've just recently started using the orbital, and it's really good as well.
Marketplace value:
2Ah batteries $25x2 = $50
Multitool $80
Sander $80
Charger $20
DCD777 + DCF787 $120
You might get $10 for the flashlight, but just consider it a freebie. This particular bag though is great!
All in all, approx $350 of value.

I'm a big fan of being into the Ryobi system regardless if its your primary system or a secondary system.
I think if you go dewalt I'd spend a few more bucks and wait on better deal on a XR brushless kit.
But if this is on budget Its a close call but I'd go with the Ryobi just because of the reciprocating saw vs the sander.
This coming from a dewalt fanboy.
assuming it actually arrives/ if not will do the Ryobi deal as the saw is better than sander

brushed drill (worthless?)
brushed impact driver (worthless?)
super low-lumen flashlight (worthless?)
one nice big bag instead of 2 smaller ok bags (eh?)
one 112 charger instead of 2 chargers--I think a 107 and 105 (probably still worth a teeny bit?)
trade cheesy 1.5Ah battery for a 2Ah battery (this is definitely an upgrade, but...)
Honestly, even if I counted getting both the drill and driver for "free", I couldn't find enough value to justify the returns.
BUT... if I didn't already have the sander and multi-tool, along with their brushless drills/drivers, this would actually be the best post-holiday deal I've seen so far...
