1. You're a new or existing postpaid wireless customer with a 5G compatible plan.
2. You're a new residential fiber customer.
Either one should qualify you.
We have a family plan with 5 phones all currently on the unlimited plan with the free HBO Max and $132 a month in bill credits along with 4 Note 20 5G phones and one Iphone.
it's hard to beat this deal for $246 a month split 5 ways.
You probably don't get the offers because you have them turned off in your settings. It is nice when you can turn off 3rd party offers in your email but now and then you miss a good one. I first got this offer in June of 2021 just never used it
If anyone has a code that doesn't plan on using it I'd gladly use it.

Don't forget all 5 lines are using HBO Max for free
If you are interested in cloud gaming, you should also look into XCloud (much better gaming catalog) or GeForce (better overall tech).
