Because it's not an inventoried item. It's more of a marketing item. Besides the URL is litteraly walmart.com so nothing to be sketched about.

Same type issues. Beware, I cancelled hadn't gotten one for over a year then got billed again in December.

They were absolute piss poor on the customer service end of it(You don't deal directly with Walmart, but the subscription 3rd party) and basically told me to go fk myself. I had to dispute through my credit card. Will not subscribe again.

Picked this up last month, its definitely Walmart even though the site is separate from it, and its value is there.

Anyone know how long until they switch to the next box?

Make sure you didn't order the trendsetter box. Mine auto added that instead of the self care box when I signed up for the account.

Trendsetter is $6.98, this Limited Edition one checks out at $9.98. Just did it, great deal.

It looks like if you don't checkout with the Trendsetter box (which is auto-added to cart when you sign up), it doesn't activate the subscription.

We were beauty box subscribers until they started sending the same box month after month. We still have a collection of charcoal toothbrushes in our upstairs bathroom.
We cancelled 8 months ago and we still have to call and get refunded because they bill us for the new box, which we don't want. This month we received a new box, were billed, were refunded etc.
Are you confused? We are.
