I've read in past refurb deal posts that the drones are pretty good condition. Do the accessories like the batteries come new?

I bought the Mini 1 Fly More kit refurbished from ebay (DJI certified refurb) and literally everything in there looked brand new. I can't swear the batteries hadn't ever been used, but I get 30+ minutes of flight time on all of them, so I'm guessing they were also brand new.

when buying the refurbished one, with 2yr Allstate protection is a big +. Hassle free with expensive electronics with their protection plan.

I snagged this back when it was 389. Love it

I'm coming from a P3P and wanted something compact. The drone is incredible. Despite being so small this thing can haul ass and hold its own. Indoor floor is easy too. I'm not sure when the mini 3 will be coming out but if you don't care for lastest and greatest this is an amazing drone for the price.

It doesn't look like the one from newegg include any insurance.
Or do you mean the DJI refurbished from ebay which include 2 years of all state insurance?

im not sure how valuable the all state insurance is. i haven't heard of anyone actually using it. probably because the drone has a regular one year insurance and it only makes sense to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer rather than the 3rd party insurance during the first year. if you can make it past the first year, not likely you'lll have a claim during year 2. i do know know if allstate covers the same as dji care refresh. it is does then yes well worth it otherwise not so much.

I believe the main thing is that DJI Care covers accidental damage and the Allstate does not.

I just bought one from Buydig with the fly pad and FVP googles and paid $519.99 which I feel like it was a great deal considering this drone is beyond what anyone undertsnds at this size. This for $449 is a steal and the flying pad and FVP goggles are not all that imo.
