no, you can't use the voucher as is to get the 100 pts.

you should however be able to add something like an expresso shot or non-diary milk to the free drink (these are usually not covered by the free voucher or coffee) as long as the drink has some add-on more than 5c on the final checkout page after applying the promo, it has triggered the 100 pts for me in the past. things I've tried are expresso shots, whipped cream, almond milk and mocho shots, all triggering the 100 pts on a "free voucher"

I'm in Central NJ and do not see this in the app but I did get the email about it so assume it's good.

FYI - they extended the free medium coffee that should have expired yesterday until 2/13/22.

This is basically the equivalent of spending $20 (5pt/$); free beverages @ 200 pts which could be worth as much as ~ $5 or so.

If you have the time your best bet is 3 munchkins for $0.90 or hashbrowns for $1.19 in which case you'd get ~ 105 pts, or roughly spending around $2 would eventually get you a $5 drink if you spend it wisely.

Does anyone know if you'll get the 100 points still if you order and use a free drink voucher or promo like the free medium coffee?
0 points. Tried to do this on a Monday in November with the first free drink voucher that I earned. Didn't have time to make another order and missed out on the 100 points for that day.

unfortunately, you have to play with the add-ons on the final checkout page. I've noticed the amounts charged by each store varies. plus, I've noticed the app sometime fully covers add-ons (except espresso shots), like back in mid 2021 and sometimes it doesn't like recent orders BUT safe to say the triggering of the 100pts is "some amount" deducted from the dunkins balance.

I am surprised Dunkin brought this back after 1/3. Dunkin definitely sneaked this one in here! lol

Not by itself, no, but a few here mentioned that you can use it and add on something like espresso or include another add-on. It may trigger then, but just double-check.

What's your zip code so I can order munchkins for 90 cents? Only interested in the cheap drink anyway.
06111

the 3 munchkins appear to be the cheapest thing on the menu at $0.90 followed by the hash browns @ $1.19

Buy the omelet egg bites for the mobile order and get additional free beverage reward on top of the 100 points
I tried the omelette egg bites, they have a weird texture and for $5 with tax, they are severely overpriced. Wouldn't get them again. I like Dunkin's coffee and donuts, but their sandwiches and most of their food offerings are really not that good. The only thing I usually get is the cheese and egg wake up wraps which are decent and cheap at $2 for 2.

As mentioned, if you don't go to Dunkin' often, the best deal is to buy 3 munchkins for $1 each Monday. You end up spending $2 and can get up to a $5 drink free.

No, you can't double dip. Free items do not count.

So, expecting to get what I ordered and paid for is "attitude" and they're doing me a favor by taking my money? Wow.

And I don't go to DD that often, maybe twice a month, in part for these reasons. They just don't care. Wasn't always this way. The one closest to me has a completely new manager and staff every few months and is usually filthy inside and out.
Honestly the reason I preferred DD over other places (e.g. McD's) is that they were very consistent with ordering. If you got a "regular", it was so many sugars and creamers regardless of which location you got it from so it was very consistent - whereas the other places I always had issues getting consistency - one time the coffee would be great, the next time even though I ordered it the same way, it would have way too much sugar, or hardly any, etc.

Good info! I'm going to try this. Worst case, I just order the munchkins as usual.

Price vary by location. . By me the prices are 10 cents more. 99 cents & $1.29 respectively.

Of course it's YMMV, but generally, unless your locations sell something like a ketchup packet independently, those are probably going to be the cheapest things on the menu. I even checked to see if they sold, say, a packet of cream cheese as a side and apparently they do not.

I don't know how other places do it, but I see that Dunkin' has a machine that dispenses the right amount. I know that most people who order from dunkin' drink their cream and sugar with coffee. LMAO

I occasionally ask for 1 pump of a swirl flavor, but the local Dunkin' by me doesn't seem to print a number on the sticker they put on the cup if you just want 1 pump. So the employees assume the regular amount of pumps and I've had to get them to remake it because holy crap is it sweet. I can only imagine with cream, sugar and swirls it probably tastes like eating candy.

By me, the cream cheese add-on is as much as the bagel. $1.75 - what a rip off. I think Dunkin's food prices are a little too rich for the quality of product you get. In my opinion, their food products are pretty abysmal. Only think I would get is a bagel, donut, or wake up wraps which are decent. They also have ongoing promotion if you buy 2.

I was waiting in line for Sbux the other day and wondered why they don't develop a machine that makes their beverages, even if they have to have a "hot" and "cold" machine, all the machinations involved in making something simple seemed like not only did it take a LOT of time but also that it took several people just to handle the drive through volume.

Even in my industry there has been a push over the past several years to "operator-proof" equipment...... you'd think in the service industries that push would be even stronger.
