Good deal! Personally, I don't like 1080p on a monitor more than 24inch. I'll wait for a 2k/4k... Just haven't seen anything cheaper than $230.

I have a LG 27 ips 144hz monitor at 1080p. It is perfectly fine. Actually its even better because I don't have to dish out 800$ for a gpu to push 2k at 144hz.

For QHD resolution, you will mostly get the 75 Hz ones within $200.

Friends don't let friends buy 27" 1080p monitors. Stick to 24" for 1080p or 1440p @ 27". There are exceptions but at this price this ain't it.

My local Walmart was overstocked with over 50 of theses G272 monitors and they were selling them for $150 in-store only. They eventually lowered the price to $125 and it just recently sold-out.

Now a days, G-Sync works with all FreeSync monitors. Nothing to be surprised on that.

Yes, but sometimes G-Sync may not work properly on certain FreeSync monitors and may produce tearing, stuttering, screen blanking, and other artifacts. Rtings tested this particular monitor and G-Sync was found to work without issues when testing with Nvidia's Pendulum G-Sync demo.

Keep watching this price. Picked up for $100 last week at a store in Omaha. Of course they only had one left.
