They also pulled the NEW iphone 11 from my another order which is nonsense. They charged my credit card, shipped, then requested a return on the estimated delivery date, no cancellation, no refund, no resend , nothing so far. Talked to 3 or 4 reps, no one can even give a reason or stop the return or resend my order -_- They just don't wanna solve the issue, bad company I guess.

I doubt the IMEI check web site gives your accurate info. Look at purchase data as Feb 9. It's only Feb 6 today. How can a device age be 3-days now if its purchase date is Feb 9?

I agree with you. It might be the high possibility cuz I did order 5 phones but that was my first order from them. However, I don't even receive ONE phone from them so far. I don't think 5 phones can be defined as "too many" cuz i have 7 ppl in my family. It's pretty normal to upgrade 5 lines at a time as a family plan. I did plan to give 2 to my parents and trade 2 for iphone 13 at bestbuy, one for myself, another for my sister, buy one more for my aunt cuz she said she wanted one after I told her this deal. If Total wireless does not allow people to order multiple phones they can just simply add limit one per household to their policy like other retails. I'm totally fine with that. In stead they put "$100 OFF! Don't Miss Out!" over there, so freaking stupid! At least they should ship me one before they pulled all of phones if they think I've exceed the purchase limit which would be more reasonable.

I don't think it's the number of phones. It's the coupon. It's fair to say you can have 10 people in your house but I don't think they want to give you 25% off for each one. And after they pulled the 25% off coupon online, people were still able to use it so that probably didn't sit too well.

Not sure, but mail-order places might adjust the "purchase date" by a few days to allow for delivery time. Someone wouldn't want their warranty to start ticking before they actually received the phone.

That makes more sense, though I would expect reports of other returned orders by now.
Only other time I can remember them (TF/TW) cancelling & forcibly returning orders is for a coupon deal posted on SD for a large discount on the TF prepaid eBay sim. After confirming & shipping orders they came back & said coupon was invalid & had them automatically returned.
Took 2 days for them to catch the mistake though - FedEx delivered mine & then actually returned trying to get it back right after I brought it inside.

I believe someone here ordered like 10 XRs thus far though ( although likely throughout a few weeks period).

That was probably while the 25% coupons were still being offered from TW though. Once they discontinued the 25% deal, people then kept posting more codes here that were generated to work based on their algorithm, but TW never actually handed those codes out. That could definitely give them a reason to cancel for those orders.

I just traded in my remaining XR to gamestop. Got $235 in prepaid visa gift card and loaded it right into my Amazon account by purchasing amazon gift cards. I spend enough at Amazon that it's as good as cash for me. Makes me kind of regret trading in the last few to Best Buy for $190.

Yeah. I didn't even say anything. They just hooked it up to the computer and the computer did all of the work in extracting whatever info they needed.

Just curious, did you hand over the package back to FedEx guy?

Gamestop only carries $200 vgc so they will put $200 on one card and $35 on another. You have to add the vgc as a credit card on your amazon account. Just use your name and billing address when asked for it on the app. Once the vgc is in your amazon account as a credit card, you can go to Amazon's gift card reload page to buy a $200 and $35 using the correct vgc. Takes less than 5 minutes for it to load to your Amazon account. You can check your Amazon gift card balance to make sure it's there.

I stepped aside and did all of this in the store after the trade-in.

Don't forget to remove those vgc from your Amazon account after everything is done. The best part about this method is Amazon sell's Best Buy gift cards (in addition to a ton of others). You can pay for Best Buy gift cards with Amazon gift card, which makes this a much better avenue than the $190 Best Buy trade in route.

The purchase date is estimated , it should be around Fed 9 but not exactly on that date.

Nope, didn't answer door because I had just read posts from others getting their orders cancelled.
Glad I was home, if it had still been on porch he would've taken it back.
