Very good to store bird seeds, planting seeds, etc in to reduce the risks of rodents. These are actually useful for many things but when it comes to the home, this is what I use mine for πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ’£πŸ€
I was curious if mice can get into these?
I'd love to store stuff in my shed, but those little bastards get into everything.

I got a black one in my truck bed from Wal-Mart. Keeps my things from sliding about and can be used as a little bench or step up (probably OK up to 200lbs; definitely good at 160lbs)

I almost purchased these Plano boxes last year but ended up with this:
https://www.target.com/p/sterilit...nk=sametab

Reasons: More than double the storage and a gasket to keep out dust/moisture. Purchased for $13 in store, I keep it bungee corded in the bed of my truck and use it to stow misc items.
The Plano will have thicker walls for more durability, but I'm not tossing this item around. It stays put. I hope this helps anyone!

Bought this during last years deal. Store loose car stuff in it. The bottle jack already put a hole in it. Very thin and brittle.

Thank you! These appear to be out of stock, though - at least at all stores in my area, and shipping is not available.

About 4300 tablespoons. On the small side for what I want.
Your secure storage requirements are best measured in tablespoons? Are you storing high-end baking powder or something? Big Grin

I'm trying to imagine someone checking the storage capacity using a tablespoon. Sounds like Hell's Kitchen hazing.

Yeah, I've seen this thing posted many times here, and still can't figure out how $18 or so for a very tiny little plastic bin is a 'deal', it's really not. Good for you if you bought one and like it.
