i jumped on these deals in the past from hbo max and realized that it really was not worth it. Unless you haven't seen any HBO content, there's not a great deal to watch after a month or two. Personally I'd rather pay full price one month at a time

I enjoy HBO Max far more than Netflix. And it's now cheaper, too.

I have HBOMax without ads. Content is good, esp since they brought in all the DC stuff when its streaming service went down.

I did the 1 year plan and canceled Netflix. Next year I will look to see what others have and then switch again.

No reason to have a lot of streaming services. You can go back and watch older content anytime. Its not like live TV if you miss it you can't see it.
So sign up for a couple, watch till your board with what they have, cancel, and then sign up for another. Rinse/repeat as needed.

Please do not pay for ad versions of streaming services. You are dooming us all to a future of paying to watch more commercials than show on streaming if you support this now. Pay for the ad-free and let the pay for ad packages die.

Not only that but Ads really slow the pace of some shows down to much. I rarely watch my $1 Hulu plan due to that. Had to upgrade my showtime/paromont+ plan to Ad plus to enjoy.

Its not worth the savings for the Ad plan IMO.

There was this thing called covid which caused Hollywood to stop making and/or releasing movies for almost 2 years now. Especially the Good movies.
Yes and they all went to "at home" content and started making more series which helped. I honestly don't know how movie theatres are surviving without movies. 😕

I found out about the show Warrior last year and binged both seasons, really enjoyed it. Season 3 is in the works too.

If you are a fan of Sci Fi I highly recommend Raised by Wolves. Season 2 is coming soon as well.

I think HBO Max has the best collection out of all of the services. I believe HBO Max + Hulu covers the vast majority of what most people would want to watch, but if I had to pick just 1 streaming service I think I'd go with HBO Max.

Lacking content definitely isn't an issue.
It certainly is lacking content.
