"The most magical thing just happened guys. Today I woke up to a "No SIM Restriction" on a Verizon iPhone 13. So they do definitely unlock it automatically on the 60th day. I still have the Verizon line but it's in a "voluntary suspended )$10 a month)" status because I wanted to make sure it would unlock and I still had a line (I don't think keeping a line is necessary btw, I was just being extra cautious). All good. Everything turned out ok to my surprise!"

As I just checked the unlock policy on Total wireless, I could not find any parts mentioning need 60 days active service, I only see the following
For Apple devices activated with new TracFone service on the Verizon network on or after November 23, 2021, the device will be automatically unlocked 60 days after activation in the absence of an indication of fraud.

Next cheapest would be using bestbuy T-Mobile upgrade with trade in but for that you need someone with existing T-Mobile account to do the deal and since T-Mobile/Sprint iPhone will work with Mint SIM card it will work on Mint.
Go with TW those unlock after 60 days vs SM which is 12 months
Can I buy a new TW kit with SIM card and put a 1 month plan on it and wait the 60 days for the unlock still?

Can I still use it t-mobile? I'm on Tmobile simple choice plan and dont want to switch but can get this deal just for phone.
