"The most magical thing just happened guys. Today I woke up to a "No SIM Restriction" on a Verizon iPhone 13. So they do definitely unlock it automatically on the 60th day. I still have the Verizon line but it's in a "voluntary suspended )$10 a month)" status because I wanted to make sure it would unlock and I still had a line (I don't think keeping a line is necessary btw, I was just being extra cautious). All good. Everything turned out ok to my surprise!"

Ask for a supervisor.
I am the most tolerant person there could be😞 and I know for a fact the Cust Serv reps get paid pennies to the dollar of an American based Rep, but darn do they mess up! All the time ! 😒
Ask for a supervisor because it's been way too long.
The labels expire anyway because:
The end of the day report has to be printed for each carrier UPS/FED EX.
So if the label did not ship close to the 14th you are best off asking for a supervisor
OR
Ask them to cancel the order and place a new one 🙄😬 just an idea. It's up to you

The policy only reads: phone will unlock 60 days from activation
there is no mention of continuous 60 days, only from activation

The phone will unlock after 60 days. even if you have to pay for a 2nd month that would be $25 each month, for $50 total to unlock 🙂
For the price, it is still worth it, but I'm having an issue where the screen is turning on by itself without any action or notification.
Really wanted to keep it, but might have to trade it in with Apple.

activated with the OG SIM to start the clock
put a White SIM to soft unlock it
works fine with tmobile now.
