So this is a weird one…

My delivery service supposedly delivered to the wrong address and essentially lost my package with iPhone11 and I contacted TW to report it. Refund was received weeks ago.

Yesterday… the package showed up at my house and looks like the phone hasn't been tampered with. Everything still looks new.

What can I do with this phone? I no longer need it and have since bought a newer phone instead.

TW may have flagged it as stolen.
If you have the IMEI you can look up the status here:

Thanks for the info, but wow, 3500 points =$10 GC , seriously? How about the coupon? I see 20000 points = $300 off, can I redeem it for iphone 11?
Yes. The 20,000 points for $300 phone discount is great for iPhone 11 if/when it comes back in stock.

New to TW, how did you accumulate 20k points??
I have 2 phones that needs to be activated, should I do it on separate accounts or same account to get more points? (Just keeping the service for 60days to get them unlocked)

It takes time to build up points. All my points are Tracfone (cheaper plans), not Total Wireless. I have multiple lines from HSN TF-service bundle phones and eBay TF SIM cards. Unlock takes 60 days, but reward points require 61 days to vest.
The first step is using a code from someone with 5+ referral to get 8000 points. Next add two devices to your account and then activate to get 7000+7000 points. Activate with Tracfone $19.99 90-day basic plan to get the service past 60 days. Wait 61 days for points to be available for all accounts. iPhone 11 has the best value, but unfortunately it's out of stock.

did anyone got TW phone unlocked after 60 days?
Also, does it have to be 60 days of usage? I used my first month and 2nd month starts from tomorrow.

Any suggestions?

Also, if I want to recharge 2nd month, are there any low cost plans with referrals or points? I am checking their website.

So I tried this website and the blacklist status says "clean".

I'm guessing that means it hasn't been reported lost/stolen? I also tried turning on the phone and takes me to the usual hello screen on initial setup.

I'm so stupid that I've added all my lines to my TW account. I activated two devices to my new account but I only got 8000 referral points + 7000 points, looks like the first one didn't count? Btw , how can you activate the devices to your TF account since you bought them from TW? In order to let all the points become mature , can I get the service for only one device past 60 days, then the other device get exactly 60 days service?

Looks like you got 8000 points for using someone's referral (1st line) and 7000 for adding a line (2nd). You can rebrand a TW phone to TF by chatting with an agent. Some say it's not necessary. I haven't tried it. All my phones/lines are TF activated on TF. I think points become available on day 61, and service for all lines need to be active at that time (based on my experience with TF).
