Is it true that this game is difficult? Considering for my 7 year old but he has low tolerance for playing the same level 30 times to pass and "game over" penalties...

It's difficult but there's an easy mode called Funky Mode. It still might be a hard game for a 7 year old, but I never played the Funky Mode. I rage quit that game and never looked back.

Has anyone ever had success getting a refund or price adjustment from Nintendo? I bought this right after Christmas for $59 and they won't budge.
