Really good gun. It isn't weak like the brushed 12 volt Dewalt stuff. Really fantastic tool. I've been using the same one at work everyday in a professional setting for about a year-and-a-half. Good tool.

Would you recommend buying this or the 1/2" wrench?

Really depends on what you're doing. If you are doing tires and suspension parts and frame work all day you're going to need more torque than this thing can do. But if you are working inside a car doing dashboards, seats, or even just running lag bolts, you're going to love the size vs power of this thing. Don't get me wrong, it will pull lug nuts. But it will not pull over torqued lug nuts that have been on the truck for 2 years. Vcg construction on YouTube has a really really good review of it.

This is not a repost. Unless, slickdeals offers an option to reactivate a post marked "expired" , posting it again is the only way I know(I posted the first one too and somebody reported it expired->Maybe it ran out of stock or something for a short while).

Yes you are correct, it looks like with the older thread you posted it did go out of stock and moved to Deal Talk.
You are welcome to Mod Alert the old thread and let mods know the item is back in stock or start a new thread. Either is fine, and not a repost.

Instead of posting that it is a repost, just mod alert it and let them merge it if it is actually a repost. That way something will be done, as opposed to creating all of this otherwise unnecessary discussion about it maybe being a repost.
