I do not remember learning about MLKs love of blemished tools and discounts but I'll take what I can get.

Seems to be a bug in the check out process, I backed up and entered the code a second time and then the free shipping option stayed.

FYSA, I entered the code and selected Free Shipping, and still got charged for shipping. I'll be calling them tomorrow to get it sorted out.

I just bought the factory blemished Ridgid oscillating spindle sander for $185 after taxes. Is this better? Differences I see are the LSA and potential issue with reconditioned vs blemish.

I think it removes the code after you log in. If you log in before checking out and applying the code you should be good

I don't have any DTO store near me, and they don't ship FB ones, so FR is my only option. And so far I can tell, LSA is the main difference, although FR may come in bulk packages, but my past experience with DTO FR items are fairly good, product quality wise.

Got a reconditioned 2.0 Ah Ryobi One+ battery for $20 shipped. It just needs to sit in my garage door opener for power backup, so didn't want to invest much.

He was constantly marching all over the country, fighting for DTO to ship all of their blemished tools, not just a selection. He knew that equal access could only be achieved with common carriers.

Unfortunately he was not done with his work when he left us. Some say DTOs MLK sale, while making only some deals available to people who can visit a store, is proof that the Tool State Conspiracy is real and a tacit admission they were behind his untimely death.
