Note that it has 2 GB RAM. That's not a lot.
Post #29 also mentions: has old school micro USB not USB C

I'm pretty sure that device can be swapped once activated and the plan itself costs around $40 on sale. I have similar set up for my kid as emergency while he's in school. Doesn't spoil them with unlimited data and not fancy enough to play games or show off so he can stay focused on learning lol.

I activated the Samsung A11 yesterday as a new Tracfone account. Upon activation they sent the following text, which states 60 days:
Hi there, a quick update from Tracfone.
We have an updated unlocking policy. You can check it here http://tf-w.co/NZyp2bR

I just noticed that the Moto G Pure is available for $60 ($80 - $20 with this code), is the Moto G Pure worth $30 more than this Moto E?

This is a deal that I've been wanting to grab, to have as a backup phone, with Verizon service, at an affordable price, but I'd like to try to get a good-quality device, if possible. If anyone has any feedback on if the Moto G Pure is worth $30 more than this Moto E, I would appreciate some replies.

Also, thank you very much, for posting this deal. As I mentioned, this is a deal that I've been wanting to grab, for several months, actually, so I definitely appreciate you posting this and bringing it to our attention on here.

I really need to figure out how people are extending tracfone plans on locked phones less than a year old.

Apparently you use some kind of temporary IMEI but that's dangerous if you don't own/control that IMEI and the process fails.

This one is better than eBay $40 SIM. especially if you need extend your current service. It's$10 cheaper and no risk for empty SIM. If you want unlocked phone, you can wait 60 day to unlock then transfer number back to original phone.
PM me for how to earn rewards.

Don't seem to be able to order online now. But good deal since the old rewards program is apparently still in effect and if you find the right referral you can get 8000 in points for a new line (not transfer or renewal) which is worth another $80 in service.

The Moto E (XT2052DL) in particular has a faster CPU than the Moto G Pure according to Geekbench 5. The single-core score for the Moto E and the Moto G is ~230 and ~130 respectively so the Moto E boasts around a 76% uplift. Can't go wrong with the cheaper option in your case.

I'm assuming yes. I'm trying to find a cheap phone for one of my kids that I can switch to Visible in the future. Kind of conflicting information on whether the phone can actually be unlocked or not. I guess they don't guarantee it.

With that all being said, I'm in for one. Worth a shot I guess.
