I wouldn't bug anything from woot again. I've been burnt twice, they sell substandard or damaged product you either can't get a refund or the window to return is so short. They knowingly sell bad products with supposed good Amazon rating. Stay away

Thanks for that info. I've ghetto fixed it with a small screw taking the place off the tab but I will still take delivery of the replacement vacuum and cross my fingers.

mever buy refurbished from W00t. I made the mistake... twice. Smelly worn out vacuums, with lots of blemishes... not worth it, wait for a new one on sale

Don't waste your time. Despite all the bad reviews. I still gave them a chance and it is defective and a time waster.

Just got mine tonight. Likes 90% new with some minor scuffs but overall very clean. Used it and it has enough power for my carpet. Where the Chinese brands on Amazon didn't pick up this one did right afterwards.

Definitely a deal and keeper.

Got mine too. Very light wear on body, new rollers, new filters, and a clean canister. Everything works great and it's a solid vacuum. Our Dyson upright might collect dust now. Pretty good deal if you get a good one.

Mine looks good too. Some scuffs on it but nothing broken. The rollers and filters are all new.

I got my vacuum Jan 28.

I used it once and little plastic hinge cover broke so the bottom cover doesn't close. If it doesn't close the rollers don't spin.

After...one...use.
