I found it easier to do through a chat than calling. Make sure to have wifi and hotspot turned on when. I ported over in the middle of the night and it took about .5 hour to get completed.

Bought 2 accidentally from ebay because of ebay error. Canceled one within 5 mins. Redpocket declined my cancellation request.
In a mess trying to get a refund.

Cancel them both, easier for ebay to process that than to get Redpocket to fix it. Usually Ebay is no question asked, cancel within 2 days.

If you're simply renewing, use a shipping address that is fake and located in a sales tax-free state. They email you the code. All they actually mail you is an informational packet. This way you save 10 bucks or so depending on your state's tax.
Very happy with this service generally, however be advised that wifi calling cannot currently be activated for Pixel 6/Pro phones. No idea if or when it will happen.

I thought wifi calling was only a no go on Verizon/CDMA? I switched to ATT/GMSA on RedPocket so that I could activate wifi calling on my iPhone. Is it your phone that is the issue?

Correct it is Pixel 6s and 6 Pros specifically. FWIW it is for the carrier number only - I have my Google Voice number working on wifi just fine.

It's a prepaid service as I understand, so you'll need to buy new plan.
