$10.83 is with five subscriptions, slightly more if you have fewer subs.

These were previously a FP deal for $12.74.

These are one of my favorite healthy snacks. There are a lot of chips in each bag for very few calories and a decent amount of protein. No idea if they qualify as low carb or keto or any other such diet. But if you don't belong to a diet cult (and maybe even if you do) these are a great, filling snack.

The graphic on Amazon is wrong regarding calories; the Buffalo has 90, cheddar has 100 and barbecue has 120. Amazon shows them all as having 120.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Bro science nonsense.
Lower carb than potato chips, but not really low carb. Lots of starches in the first few ingredients. Probably OK in moderation if you're doing a maintenance diet after getting off diabetes medications, but not as good as some other options. But then, I think we all know that there are no great for you processed foods that you'll actually enjoy.

Maybe cut it out with the "diet cult" thing, though. Not everybody cutting carbs is following anything blindly, because it's the latest fad, or doing it without a good reason. 1 in 7 American adults is diabetic. Research is showing carb restriction is an effective means of at least partially reversing it and its symptoms. There may be some overzealous influencers (gag) out there promoting keto as "the best" and criticizing people's choices, but most people in the community are against that type of negative behavior. I'm not even particularly interested in ketosis, but the keto community is a great resource for free information and great alternative recipes.

Changing your dietary habits is hard, even if your life depends on it. You can't just stop eating, and the temptation is built into our food culture and modern environment. Maybe don't attach shame to trying.

Thanks! Repped and ordered. I buy these at Sam's all the time...huge bag for like $6. Great for snacking with low calories. it's like 25 chips or so for 100 calories.

When was the last time you saw them? I haven't had these at any local Sam's Club in a while

I don't know about the other poster's reason, but some people should avoid soy. I have thyroid disease and shouldn't really have it, but it's in so many things that I do end up having some. It won't make me have a reaction, but it interferes with absorption of my thyroid medication (as I understand it). I'm sure there must be other reasons that some people should avoid it.
