This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I got a big fat zero of those. That is when I divorced CVS completely for T and generated my own freaking ECB...errrrrr TCB program!

Just had a rotten day and am physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted.
Frown Comfort Take it easy, girly.

Things went well for me tonight. One T run ended with me in the positive. Yahoo! Our ad said Sense & Spray were going to be $6.89 each but when I was in store they were only $5.99. Biggrin2

Kmart on the other hand, not so much. Cashier were great but I spent real money and got no cats. Mad I farkin' hate Catalina corp. They suck monkey's butts and now I have to call them again. Ugh. Stress

Safeway was good. Spent one real dollar and got 35 Joint Juices and 5 energy drinks. Smilie

All in all, the postives outweigh the negatives by a country mile. I am hoping there was something weird going on at this K. I was hoping to buy a new grill for Father's Day for my hubby with K-cats. Teehee

LJ is kicking away so that makes me feel better. I have an email into my doc to see when she wants me to see the specialist and if I can wait until Fri to pee in the jug since I am off work and can do it in the privacy of my own home.
Your doctor gave you her email address? I want a doctor like that....or maybe I just need to ASK for it. Never even thought of that....but I'd love to email them when I have a problem that may not require a visit.

P.S. Hope you get back to feeling better and normal soon!

It's through Kaiser. I have access to all of my information, labs, appointments, message center to my doctor(s). I like it so far.

That's taking the early edition a little to far IMO. Talk about old news.

Seriously, if they were already printed and delivered the SUNDAY papers to the store by Wednesday night, when the heck did they print them?? I guess it's a good thing they don't do lottery on Saturday and Sundays, otherwise I'd grab one and run away laughing! Greedy Evil Whistling

I ROCKED that Novamax deal back in 07 Rock I paid for my kids Christmas that year with giftcards from CVS. Remember the endless Pantene, Toothbrushes, Mouthwash, Samy, etc. ahhhhh, the good old days. That thread just freaks me out now. Too much to follow Nono
I only have one CVS store in my area, so I only got 5 of the Nova Max. Well, I didn't actually get them. The manager agreed to presell them to me! I do remember the pantene, toothbrushes, etc. That was my first real haul. I went to MI for a weekend of soccer. That was back when the ECBs printed after 2 days of buying the items. I stopped at every CVS store I saw between WI and Rochester, MI. I came home with 2 rubbermaid totes filled with stuff and lots of other bags. Silly me to think I could get it all into 2 totes! Those were the fun days!!

Ha ha ha... I was flipping through the channels and came across part of an I Love Lucy show. Apparently, they get a business manager and end up with allowances for spending, etc... She gets 5.00 for the month and says it's not enough. Too bad says the money manager, he won't give her more cash but he'll let her get credit at the market. She schemes to buy other people's groceries, pocket the cash, and then leave the bill for the money manager to pay at the end of the month.

The funniest part is when one of the neighbors is picking up her stuff, and Lucy is opening cupboards, the stove, bread box, etc... and everything is packed full of stuff! LOL! Reminded me of some stockpiles we've seen! On top of it all, one lady asks her why she's doing it. Lucy says that it's her hobby - some people play the lottery, she grocery shops... LOL. Just thought that was funny...

There is a doctor's office that advertises around here that you can even make your appointments online. If you are a patient, you can check info, email the docs, etc... Pretty neat idea on one hand, and I'd worry about information leaks or hackers on the other.

Speaking of that - does anyone know what could've happened to our computer. We have a highly annoying amount of pop ups that come up when you hover over anything - a word, a picture, etc... with the mouse. It brings up all kinds of advertisements and things to sign up for. I'm just wondering if I've downloaded or activated something? Our pop-up blocker isn't blocking these, so I"m thinking it's some kind of program - but I can't figure out what it is. Anyone else have this experience? It happens in IE and FF both (though, more so in the IE.)

Oh, one more thing... has anyone else run into cashiers adjusting down the TQ because combining the TQ and MQ makes overage? Just wondering if this is a new policy. *sigh*
